Atlantic Ocean, 16 August 2002 - Carrier Air Wing Seven (CVW-7) performs
a fly over in formation along with USS
John F. Kennedy (CV 67), USS
Hue City (CG 66), USS Vicksburg (CG 69) and USS
Sullivans (DDG 68) to conclude an air show performance for over
1400 “Tigers” aboard the aircraft carrier. Kennedy
and CVW-7 are returning home after completing a six month long deployment
conducting combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Atlantic Ocean, 11 June 2004 - The guided missile cruiser USS Vicksburg
(CG 69) receives fuel from the fast combat support ship USS
Seattle (AOE 3) in the Atlantic Ocean. Vicksburg is part
of the John F. Kennedy Carrier Strike Group, currently involved in a
joint exercise, known as Combined Joint Task Force Exercise. The exercise
allows all services and several countries to train the way they fight
- in a joint environment.

69) sails through the Arabian Gulf during sunrise. Vicksburg
is part of the John F. Kennedy Carrier Strike Group, currently on a
scheduled deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
