The ceremony was hosted by Adm. Bon-Chi Chen, the commander-in-chief of ROCN. Hundreds of people used to be the crew member of Sheng-Yang were invited to attend the ceremony. The final fate of Sheng-Yang is unknown, it is very possible to become a warship museum, but the Ministry of Defence has not decided yet. | Yu-Lun Miao |
