  • Transferred to RN and commissioned as HMS Bazely (K.311) 18 February 1943, Lcdr. Jeffry V. Brock, RCNVR, in command
  • Returned to USN at Chatham, England on 20 August 1945 and commissioned as USS Bazely (DE 2), Lt. Lester H. Watson, USNR, in command
  • Decommissioned at the Philadelphia NSY on 22 October 1945
  • Stricken 16 November 1945
  • Scrapped at the Philadelphia NSY, scrapping completed by 28 May 1946
