  • 27 March 1943: Transferred to Great Britain as Lend-Lease, named HMS Blackwood (K.313)
  • 15 June 1944: Torpedoed by U-764 south of Portland Bill, England
  • 16 June 1944: Foundered while under tow and sank
  • 13 November 1944: Struck from the NVR
