  • 08 December 1942: Keel laid by the Boston Navy Yard, Charlestown, Mass.
  • 26 January 1943: Launched and christened, sponsored by
  • 02 June 1943: Ttransferred to Great Britain under Lend-Lease, named HMS Burges (K.347)
  • 17 February 1945: Returned to U.S. Navy custody at the New York Navy Yard
  • 28 March 1946: Struck from the NVR, sold to George H. Nutman, Inc., of Brooklyn, N.Y.
  • 31 July 1947: Scrapping completed
