Laid down by Bethlehem Hingham, Hingham MA. on 1 December 1943, Launched 15 January 1944.
Commissioned 28 April 1944
Assigned to NRT, 12th Naval District at San Francisco 12 August 1946
Decommissioned 7 February 1949.
Recommissioned 11 December 1949.
Placed "In Commission, In Reserve" 5 May 1950 and
Assigned to NRT, 9th Naval District at Chicago IL
Decommissioned (?) (?) 1965, Stricken 1 May 1965.
Fate Sold 11 March 1966 and broken up for scrap.
