Laid down by Federal Shipbuilding, Port Newark on July 5 1943.
Launched October 3 1943.
Commissioned November 1 1943.
Decommissioned June 26 1946.
Stricken December 20 1950.
Fate To Netherlands October 23 1950.
Renamed Van Ewijck.
Returned to the US December 15 1967.
Sold February 1968 and broken up for scrap.
