  • 20 May 1943: Keel laid at the Boston Navy Yard, Charlestown, Mass.
  • 08 July 1943: Launched
  • 14 October 1943: Transferred to RN and commissioned as HMS Gore (K.481)
  • 02 May 1946: Returned to USN custody
  • 19 November 1946: Sold for scrapping
