  • Laid down (date unknown) as FS-288 for the US Army at Wheeler Shipbuilding Whitestone, N.Y.
  • Acquired by the US Navy, 1 July 1950, and placed in service as USNS AKL-23 (T-AKL-23)
  • Placed out of service and struck from the Naval Register in 1959
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
