  • Laid down, date unknown, for the US Army as the Small Freighter FS-369 (design 381) at Sturgeon Bay Shipbuilding, Sturgeon Bay, WI.
  • Delivered to the US Army between April 1944 and March 1945
  • During World War II USAV FS-369 was manned by the US Coast Guard
  • Transferred from the US Army Transportation Command (USAT) to the US Navy Military Sea Transportation Service (MSTS), 1 July 1950, designated USNS T-AKL-27
  • Struck from the Naval Register in 1966
  • Sold to a Philippines interest, date unknown, reflagged Philippines, named MV Cotabato-J
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
