  • Laid down, 24 April 1944, as a Maritime Commission type (T1-M-A2) tanker hull, under Maritime Commission contract (MC 2657) at East Coast Shipyards Inc., Bayonne, N.J.
  • Launched, 3 February 1945
  • Acquired by the Navy, 26 February 1945
  • Commissioned USS Klaskanine (AOG-63), 8 March 1945
  • Decommissioned and returned to the Maritime Commission, 25 March 1946, at San Francisco, CA.
  • Struck from the Naval Register (date unknown)
  • Transferred (sold) to Brazil (date unknown), renamed Raza (G-19)
  • Final Disposition, scrapped in 1971
