  • Assigned to Eastern Sea Frontier an 3rd Naval District to conduct ASW patrols
  • Decommissioned, 3 August 1945, at East Boston
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 13 August 1945
  • Returned to the War Shipping Administration, 6 January 1946, for disposal
