  • Sold at sea to Vivian Tankship Corp., 3 January 1980
  • ST Overseas Vivian (AOT-1205) was time chartered by the Military Sealift Command (MSC), 14 November 1982 to the mid 1990s
  • At the expiration of charter ST Overseas Vivian was returned to commercial service

    Overseas Vivian 39k ST Overseas Vivian (AOT-1205) entering Subic Bay, P.I. The commercial tanker, which was operating under a charter with MSC, transported 109 Vietnamese refugees to the Naval Base at Subic Bay, following their recovery from a disabled boat in the South China Sea on 29 April 1989.
