    Participated in the bombardment of Forts Phillips and Jackson,
    Participated in the siege of Vicksburg, 27 June to July 1862
    Reassigned to the James River Flotilla in July 1862
    Joined the Potomac River Flotilla, 5 September 1862
    Reassigned to the North Atlantic Blockading Squadron, 2 December 1862
