  • Commissioned USS LCS(L)(3)-42, 26 October 1944 During World War II LCS(L)(3)-42 was assigned to the Asiatic-Pacific Theater and participated in the following campaigns:

    Consolidation and capture of southern Philippines
    Zamboanga landing, 10 March 1945
    Basilian landing, 16 March 1945
    Jolo, Sulu Island, 31 March 1945

    Brunei Bay operation, 7 June to 1 July 1945

  • Following World War II LCS(L)-42 performed mine clearance operations in the Yellow Sea
  • Decommissioned in 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register (date unknown)
  • Final Disposition, sold to Martin B. Dahl, Seattle Wash, 7 October 1947, fate unknown
  • LCI(L)-42 earned two battles star for World War II service
