  • Launched (date unknown)
  • Transferred, 17 November 1942, under terms of the Lend-Lease Act to the United Kingdom
  • Converted to a Landing Craft Headquarters LCH the British version of the US Flotilla Flag Ship LC(FF)
  • Commissioned into the Canadian Navy as HMCS LCH-100, date unknown
  • Returned to US Naval custody, 17 March 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register, (date unknown)
  • Transferred to the State Department for disposal and sold 13 February 1948
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
