  • Laid down in 1942 at Bethlehem Steel, Hingham, MA.
  • Launched in 1942
  • LCI(L)-115 never saw active service with the US Navy
  • Delivered under terms of the Lend-Lease Act to the United Kingdom, 31 December 1942
  • Commissioned HM LCI(L)-115 British crew, Canadian CO - LT. Vincent D. Ramsay RCNVR (Temp.) in command
  • Temporary custody to Canada, commissioned HMC LCI(L)-115, 30 January 1944
  • During World War II HM-LCI(L)-115 / HMC LCI(L)-115 was assigned to the 2nd Canadian LCI Flotilla (RN LCI Flotilla 262) and served in the Europe-Africa-Middle East Theater participating in the following campaigns:

  • Transferred to the State Department for disposal
  • Final Disposition, sold, 13 February 1948, fate unknown
