  • Laid down, date unknown, at New Jersey Shipbuilding Corp., Barber, N.J.
  • Launched, date unknown
  • LCI(L)-257 never saw active service with the US Navy
  • Transferred under the Lend-lease Program to the United Kingdom, 16 February 1943, commissioned HM LCI(L)-257
  • HM LCI(L)-257 saw service in the Mediterranean area with the Royal Navy
  • Returned to US Naval custody, 10 December 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department for disposal
  • Final Disposition, sold in August 1947, fate unknown
