  • Laid down in 1943, at New Jersey Shipbuilding Co., Barber, N.J.
  • Launched in 1943
  • LCI(L)-275 never saw active service with the US Navy
  • Leased under terms of the Lend Lease Act to Great Britain, 22 February 1943
  • Commissioned, in the Royal Navy as HM LCI(H)-275
  • During World War II HM LCI(H)-275 was assigned to the Europe-Africa-Middle East Theater and participated in the following campaign:
    Europe-Africa-Middle East Campaign
    Campaign and Dates
    Invasion of Normandy

  • Returned to US Naval custody, 27 March 1946
  • Struck, 5 June 1946 from the Naval Register
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission for disposal
  • Final Disposition, sold, 18 November 1947, fate unknown
