  • Commissioned USS LCI(L)-519, 17 December 1943;
  • During World War II LCI(L)-519 was assigned to the Asiatic-Pacific Theater, LCI Flotilla 22, and participated in the:
    Asiatic-Pacific Campaigns
    Campaigns and Dates Campaigns and Dates
    Western New Guinea operations
    Cape Sansapor operations, 30 July 1944 and 4 Aug. 1944
    Morotai landings, 15 September 1944
    Consolidation of the southern Philippines
    Mindanao Island landings, 17 to 23 April 1945
    Luzon operation
    Lingayen Gulf landings, 4 to 18 January 1945
    .

    Following World War II LCI(L)-519 performed Occupation Service in the Far East from, 8 to 29 December 1945 including China Service, from 30 September to 20 Dec 1945 under the command of Commander Yangtze Patrol Force
  • Decommissioned, (date unknown);
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission, 3 December 1947;
  • Struck from the Naval Register, (date unknown);
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown;
  • LCI(L)-519 received three battle stars for World War II service.
