During World War II LCI(L)-619 was assigned to the Asiatic-Pacific Theater, LCI Flotilla 22, and participated in the:
- Luzon operation;
(a) Lingayen Gulf landings, 9 to 18 January 1945
- Consolidation of the Southern Philippines;
(a) Mindanao Island landings, 17 to 23 April 1945, 12 to 13 July 1945, and 20 July 1945
Following World War II LCI(L)-619 performed occupation duty in the Far East from 12 September to 9 December 1945;
Decommissioned, (date unknown);
Transferred to the Maritime Commission, 18 February 1948, for disposal;
Struck from the Naval Register, (date unknown);
Final Disposition, fate unknown;
LCI(L)-619 earned two battle stars for World War II service.
