  • Laid up in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet, Texas Group, Orange, TX.
  • Placed in service by the Military Sealift Command (MSC) as USNS Traverse County (T-LST-1160)
  • Placed out of service struck from the Naval Register, 1 November 1973
  • Transferred to the Maritime Administration for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet, Suisun Bay, Benecia, CA.
  • Transferred, under the Security Assistance Program, to Peru, 26 April 1999, renamed BAP Eten (DT-144)
