  • Converted to a salvage craft with booms and winches, date unknown for use by Navy Seebees
  • Transferred to Naval Ocean Systems Center (NOSC) San Diego and reclassified Unclassified Miscellaneous IX 508, date unknown
  • Placed out of service and struck from the Naval Register, 19 June 2003
  • Final Disposition, sold by Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) reuse/conversion, 2 February 2004
