  • Completed at Charleston Naval Shipyard, Charleston, SC
  • Renamed Crag, 3 August 1944
  • Commissioned USS Crag (AM 214), 1 August 1945
  • Decommissioned 19 March 1948 at Orange, TX
    Naval Vessel Register of 1 January 1949 lists out of commission, in reserve as November 1947
  • Reclassified as a Fleet Minesweeper (Steel Hull), MSF-214, 7 February 1955
  • Struck from the Navy Register 1 July 1962, transferred to Mexico and reclassified DM-15
  • Named and reclassified ARM General Pedro Maria Anaya (A 8)
  • Fate unknown.
