  • Laid down 29 December 1943 by the American Shipbuilding Co., Lorain, OH
  • Launched 10 June 1944
  • Commissioned USS Elusive (AM 225), 19 February 1945
  • Decommissioned, 29 May 1946 at Shanghai, China and turned over to the Chinese Maritime Commission through the State Department
  • Renamed ROCS Yong Kang (PF 54)
  • Decommissioned and struck from the Chinese Navy list 6 January 1962
  • Fate unknown.
