  • Launched 22 October 1943
  • Commissioned USS Incessant (AM 248), 25 March 1944
  • Decommissioned 6 November 1946 at Seattle, WA
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 30 November 1948 and sold to R. A. Rutherford
    Naval Vessel Register of 1 January 1949 lists transfer to the Maritime Commission as December 1948
  • Converted to river service in 1949 at Paducah Marine Ways, Paducah, KY and renamed Commercial Ohioan
  • In service up to 1955
  • Fate unknown.
