  • Reclassified as a Fleet Minesweeper (Steel Hull), MSF-375, 7 February 1955
  • Decommissioned 3 August 1955 at Green Cove Springs, FL
  • Struck from the Naval Register 1 December 1966
  • Sold for scrap 17 November 1967.
