  • Laid down 29 October 1952 at Wilmington Boat Works, Wilmington, CA
  • Launched 1 August 1953
  • Commissioned USS Implicit (AM-455), 10 March 1954
  • Reclassified as an Ocean Minesweeper, MSO-455, 7 February 1955
  • Decommissioned 30 September 1994, sold to Taiwan the same day under the Security Assistance Program and renamed Yung Yang (M 1306)
  • Struck from the Navy Register 20 November 1994
  • Fate unknown.
