  • Laid down 3 March 1953 as AM-475 by the Bellingham Shipyards Co., Bellingham, WA
  • Launched 25 September 1953
  • Delivered 1 December 1953
  • Reclassified as an Ocean Minesweeper, MSO-475, 7 February 1955
  • Transferred to France as Mytho (M 618) 20 October 1954
  • Decommissioned 20 January 1988
  • Scrapped 28 September 1989.
