  • Acquired by the Navy 23 October 1940
  • Commissioned USS Cockatoo (AMc 8), 25 April 1941
  • Struck from the Naval Register 8 May 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 23 September 1946
  • Fate unknown.
