Pipit Class Coastal Minesweeper: Built in 1934 as Jackie Sue by Al Larson, Terminal Island, CA; Acquired by the Navy, 14 November 1940; Placed in service as USS Parrakeet (AMc 34), 29 April 1941; Placed out of service, (date unknown); Struck from the Naval Register, 22 December 1944; Transferred to the War Shipping Administration for disposal, 5 February 1945. Fate unknown.
