AMS-149 was built for The Netherlands.
Adjutant Class Motor Minesweeper: Laid down as AMS-148 by the George W. Kneass Co., San Francisco, CA; Completed 7 April 1954 and transferred to The Netherlands as Breskens (M 855); Reclassified by U. S. Navy as a Coastal Minesweeper, MSC-148, 7 February 1955; Returned to U.S. custody in 1975; Struck from the Navy Register in July 1976, sold to the Nizzam of Hyderabad, India and renamed Kalbarrie. Fate unknown.
Specifications: Displacement 405 t.; Length 144'; Beam 27'; Draft 9'; Speed 14 kts; Complement 40; Armament, two twin 20-mm; Propulsion two 880bhp General Motors 8-268A diesel engines, Snow and Knobstedt single reduction gear, two shafts.
