  • Laid down as AMS-175 by Werf de Noord, Holland under the off-shore procurement plan of the Military Defense Assistance Pact and based on the design of the British "Ton" Class Coastal Minesweeper
  • Reclassified by U. S. Navy as a Coastal Minesweeper, MSC-175, 7 February 1955
  • Completed 5 November 1955
  • Commissioned Naaldwijk (M 809), 8 December 1955
  • Transferred in June 2000 to the Naaldwijk Prince Willem-Sea Scouts and reclassified PW-809.
