MMC-15 was built in Denmark.

MMC-4 Class Minelayer/Danish Falster Class Minelayer: Laid down 4 October 1962 as MMC-15 by Frederikshavn Vaerft, Denmark under the "offshore" account of the International Logistics Program; Launched 5 March 1963; Completed 29 April 1964 and commissioned in the Royal Danish Navy as HDMS Moen (N 82); Decommissioned 22 October 2004; Scrapped in June 2006 at Frederikshavn.

Specifications: Displacement 1,900 t.; Length 252' 6"; Beam 41'; Draft 10'; Speed 17 kts; Complement 120; Armament two 3"/50 mounts and 400 mines; Propulsion two 4,800shp General Motors diesel engines, two shafts.
