  • Launched 13 April 1982
  • Commissioned 18 December 1982
  • Decommissioned 30 July 1993 and struck from the Navy Register
  • Sold for scrap 19 August 1996 by the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service.

  • Armament: One 76mm gun mount and eight Harpoon missiles
