YMS-1 Class Auxiliary Motor Minesweeper: Laid down, 12 June 1941 by the Wheeler Ship Building Corp., Brooklyn, NY; Launched 30 March 1942; Completed, 11 May 1942; Commissioned YMS-43; Transferred to France, 20 October 1944 as Lotus (D 324); Sold to France, 21 March 1949; Struck from the Naval Register, 28 April 1949. Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 270 t.; Length 136'; Beam 24' 6"; Draft 8'; Speed 15 kts; Complement 32; Armament one single 3"/50 gun mount, two 20mm, two dcp; Propulsion two General Motors diesel engines, two shafts.
