  • Laid down 10 December 1942 as YMS-162 by Burger Boat Co., Manitowoc, WI
  • Launched, 24 April 1943
  • Completed, 27 July 1943
  • Transferred to Great Britian 2 September 1943 as HMS J-962
  • Renamed HMS BYMS-2162
  • Returned to U.S. Navy custody 12 November 1946
  • Struck from the Navy list 13 December 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in October 1947
  • Fate unknown.

  • Speed 13 kts.

  • Armament: One 3"/50 dual purpose gun mount
