  • Launched, 4 July 1943
  • Completed, 29 August 1943
  • Transferred to Great Britian 7 September 1943 and reclassified HMS J-968
  • Reclassified HMS BYMS-2168
  • Returned to U.S. custody 3 September 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register 13 December 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in October 1947
  • Fate unknown.
