  • Laid down 7 September 1942 as YMS-230 by Frank L. Sample, Jr., Boothbay Harbor, ME
  • Launched 20 February 1943
  • Completed 6 July 1943
  • Transferred to Great Britain 7 July 1943 and reclassified HMS J-1030
  • Reclassified HMS BYMS-2230
  • Struck from the Naval Register 13 December 1946
  • Returned to U.S. custody 1 January 1947
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in February 1947
  • Sold to The Netherlands in March 1947 and named HNMLS Oosterschelde (MV 42)
  • Reclassified M-835
  • Withdrawn from service in 1957, struck from the Navy list and transferred to the Sea Cadets at Gouda, Holland
  • Fate unknown.
