  • Launched 8 June 1943

  • Damaged by a mine 2 May 1945 north of Tarakan, Borneo
  • Struck from the Naval Register 19 June 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission 21 October 1947 and sold
  • Fate unknown.
