    Lingayen Gulf landing 4 -18 January 1945, and
    Assault and occupation of Okinawa Gunto 25 March 1945 - 30 June 1945
  • Participated in the following Minesweeping Operations:
    Zambales-Subic Bay 29 - 31 January 1945
    Nagoya (Honshu Area) 28 September 1945 - 25 October 1945
    Wakanoura-Kiki (Honshu Area) 12 - 24 September 1945, and
    Fukuoka (Kyushu-Korea Area) 23 - 27 November 1945
  • Decommissioned 1 January 1947 at Seattle, WA
  • Declared surplus 31 March 1947
  • Transferred to the War Shipping Administration 29 June 1947
  • Struck from the Naval Register 17 July 1947
  • Registered in 1949 to Emil Lindgren of Deep River, WA as the fishing boat Eva out of Astoria, OR
  • Scrapped in 1953
  • Stripped of all metal in the mid-1980s and burned.
