  • Laid down 29 August 1942 by the Defoe Shipbuilding Corp., Bay City, MI
  • Launched 31 October 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-1126, 27 May 1943
  • Reclassified as a Control Submarine Chaser, PCC-1126, 20 August 1945
  • Grounded 9 October 1945 during Typhoon Louise and determined to be beyond economical repair
  • Decommissioned 23 November 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 19 December 1945
  • Stripped and destroyed 24 December 1945.
