  • Laid down 10 June 1942 by Leathem D. Smith Shipbuilding Co, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin
  • Launched 7 September 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-1225, 12 January 1943 at New Orleans, LA
  • Decommissioned 18 July 1946 at Green Cove Springs, Florida and laid up in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet, Floroida Group
    Naval Vessel Register of 1 January 1949 lists plan for decommissioning and placing in reserve as January 1947
  • Named Waverly 15 February 1956
  • Struck from the Navy Register 5 September 1957
  • Sold for scrap 1 July 1958 to F & A Transportation of New Jersey
  • PC-1225 earned one battle star for World War II service.
