  • Laid down 26 September 1942 as PC-1268 by the Quincy Adams Yacht Yard, Quincy, MA
  • Launched 24 February 1943
  • Reclassified and commissioned USS SC-1268, 9 April 1943
  • Visited Aukland, New Zealand 9 - 20 November 1944
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 23 September 1946.
  • Fate unknown.

  • Propulsion: Two 880bhp General Motors 8-268A diesel engines, Snow and Knobstedt single reduction gear, two shafts.
