  • Started conversion to a Submarine Chaser 16 May 1944 at Norfolk, VA
  • Reclassified PC-1594, 1 June 1944
  • Decommissioned 9 November 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 November 1945
  • Transferred to the Maritime Administration for disposal 29 July 1946
  • Fate unknown
  • PC-1594 received one battle star for World War II service.
