PC-1615


PC-1615 was built for Yugoslavia

PC-1610 Class Submarine Chaser: Laid down as PC-1615 by F. C. Mediterranee, Graville, France for the Yugoslavian Navy using "offshore" funds; Launched 1 June 1954; Delivered in January 1956; Commissioned Udarnik (PBR 51); Struck from the Navy list in 1988. Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 325 t.; Length 170'; Beam 23'; Draft 6½'; Speed 18.7 kts.; Complement 62; Armament two 40mm mounts; two 20mm mounts, Between 1959 and 1962 the boat was armed with a Mk 15 Hedgehog rocket launchers, four depth charge projectiles, two depth charge tracks; Propulsion four 3,240bhp direct-reversible SEMT-Pielstick 14-cylinder diesel engines, two shafts.
