  • Placed in service 22 December 1942 and assigned to Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron TEN under the command of Lt. Comdr. Thomas G. Warfield
  • Strafed and sunk by USAAF B-25 bomber in July 1943 off New Georgia, Solomon Islands.
