78' Higgins Motor Torpedo Boat:Laid down 23 June 1942 by Higgins Industries, New Orleans, LALaunched 7 September 1942Completed 5 January 1943, placed in service and assigned to Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron FOURTEENPrior to the squadrom commissioning was transferred to the Soviet Union 15 February 1943 and reclassified RPT-11Transferred to Great Britain in April 1943 due to the cancellation of convoys to Russia in the spring of 1943 and was reclassified as a Controlled Target Craft, CT-16Lost 22 June 1945.
