  • Laid down 23 June 1942 by Higgins Industries, New Orleans, LA
  • Launched 7 September 1942
  • Completed 5 January 1943, placed in service and assigned to Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron FOURTEEN
  • Prior to the squadrom commissioning was transferred to the Soviet Union 15 February 1943 and reclassified RPT-11
  • Transferred to Great Britain in April 1943 due to the cancellation of convoys to Russia in the spring of 1943 and was reclassified as a Controlled Target Craft, CT-16
  • Lost 22 June 1945.
