  • Laid down 29 April 1943 by the Huckins Yacht Co., Jacksonville, FL
  • Launched 28 July 1943
  • Completed 7 September 1943, placed in service and assigned to Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron TWENTY SIX (PTRon 26) under the command of LT Anthony B. Akers, USNR
  • PTRon 26 was assigned to the Hawaiian Sea Frontier, It had no action with the enemy
  • The "SNAFU", ex-"Hogan's Goat" was placed out of service 3 December 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Sold 7 July 1947
  • Fate unknown.
