  • Laid down 18 June 1943 as PT-433 by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Co., Bristol, RI
  • Launched 26 February 1944
  • Completed 17 March 1944
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union in June 1944 and renamed TK-564
  • Scrapped in 1955.
