  • Laid down 19 March 1943 as PC-1382 by the Wheeler Shipbuilding Corp., Whitestone, Long Island, NY
  • Reclassified PCS-1382 in April 1943
  • Launched 16 March 1944
  • Commissioned 1 May 1944
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Transferred to the War Shipping Administration for disposal in April 1947
  • Fate unknown.
